We have proposed buildings with strong commercial shopfronts with protective awnings, bright and colorful facades that decorate and animate the streets, and most importantly provided private covered open roof terraces that accommodate the real outdoor living potential of this island home.
Mini Hotel – Located along the northern boundary, the high exposure and double street frontages and greater building height make to a strong commercial presence and active edge of the new urban area.
